Securely pack the unwashed and unworn merchandise in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
